APAC (Adaptability, Personality, Awareness, Connection) is our framework for evaluating the human qualities that make great AI professionals. It's a combination of structured assessment and interview, not a typing test.
Yes. The APAC test and community access are free for candidates. Radical is paid by the companies that hire you.
No. Junior, medior and senior profiles are welcome. What matters is intent, not years.
Typically two to three weeks between first contact and a community decision, depending on your availability for the interview.
You enter the community: access to events, peer learning, career coaching, and first look at new opportunities we open.
Yes. We work across Europe. Most events are in Amsterdam or online. We'll make it work for remote members.
Not in the traditional sense. We don't match vacancies to CVs. We build a community of vetted professionals and introduce matches when the fit is already strong.
