Before you apply.

Honest answers to the things most candidates want to know before they start the APAC test.

  • APAC (Adaptability, Personality, Awareness, Connection) is our framework for evaluating the human qualities that make great AI professionals. It's a combination of structured assessment and interview, not a typing test.
  • Yes. The APAC test and community access are free for candidates. Radical is paid by the companies that hire you.
  • No. Junior, medior and senior profiles are welcome. What matters is intent, not years.
  • Typically two to three weeks between first contact and a community decision, depending on your availability for the interview.
  • You enter the community: access to events, peer learning, career coaching, and first look at new opportunities we open.
  • Yes. We work across Europe. Most events are in Amsterdam or online. We'll make it work for remote members.
  • Not in the traditional sense. We don't match vacancies to CVs. We build a community of vetted professionals and introduce matches when the fit is already strong.
