Overview
An AI Product Manager is the person who holds the line between what a model can do, what a customer actually wants, and what a business can responsibly ship. They are as comfortable reading an eval report as they are rewriting a positioning deck. They translate technical reality into roadmap decisions the whole company can execute against.
Radical AI PMs are selected through APAC, which means you are hiring someone who can make judgement calls under ambiguity, not only someone who has shipped features before. They have been tested on the communication and reasoning that makes an AI product team work, not just on their CV.
Best fits are companies with strong engineering but a gap between model capability and product clarity. Teams shipping AI features but struggling to define the right success metrics. Product organisations that need someone who can hold the AI and the business view simultaneously.
